The validity, duration of stay and number of entries of the Chinese visa are decided at the discretion of consular officers according to related Chinese laws and regulations. The consular officers have the authority to refuse any applications inconsistent with Chinese laws and regulations, and are entitled to change and /or revoke any issued visas, without providing any explanation. Following documents are needed:

1.  One completely filled out application form in Chinese or English item by item faithfully without missing and falsification.

2.  One recently-taken passport photo. Please affix the photo to the application form.

3.  Valid passport with blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.

4.  An applicant born in China and whose former nationality was Chinese, shall write down his or her Chinese name in the application form; if he or she applies for a Chinese visa with a new foreign passport, the old one with a Chinese visa is required to submit.

5.  Other documents in accordance with your application (refer to relevant instructions).
