The Central People's government has decided to appoint Mr. Wan Yongxiang as the new Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in the Macao Special Administrative Region, and relieve Mr. Yuan Tao's responsibilities as Commissioner of the Foreign Ministry in Macao.
